This Sunday, June 7th, we are excited to welcome Rev. Jodi Lingan. Jodi Lingan is a cradle Presbyterian, a Teaching Elder and currently serves as Salem Presbytery’s Interim General Presbyter. In this position Jodi is partnering with the 125 churches in our Presbytery to explore how they might grow healthy and vibrant ministries of love and justice. She and her husband, Bob, arrived in North Carolina from northern Virginia in 2019. Jodi has served as a Transitional Pastor, Engagement Pastor, Moderator, Designated Presbyter for Transformational Ministry, and Pulpit Supply minister where needed. She especially loves donuts and is trying to explore all that NC has to offer on that front Bob and Jodi live in Winston Salem and have a daughter who lives and works as a sports writer in Nashville. |

*!! NOTICE !!* We need volunteers to be part of the "magic" that happens on Sundays with zoom, FaceBook streaming, sound system management, and slide operations! To help pop that bubble of mystery, a step-by-step manual is slowly in the making as a reliable reference. So be fearless and step up to the technology plate and join the Tech Deacon team! (Btw, rumor has it that this is not rocket science!) If interested, see Worship chair Mollie Davenport, or Tech Deacons Jared Penrod, Jim Penrod, and Petko Novosad to add your name to this illustrious group! |
