Blessing of the Bears September 28, 2025 Thank you, Cindy Bumgarner, Brenda Archer, Patty Tornatore, and Leah Lowry for making 132 bears for Victory Junction, one of our local missions! Each bear is a gift of love and joy, and they will be blessed during the worship service and delivered to Victory Junction. Thanks to your time and dedication, children with serious medical conditions will have a treasured keepsake of their camp experience. |

On the Go with God – Stewardship 2025 Our Fall Stewardship Campaign is rolling! Inspired by this summer’s VBS, “On the Go with God,” we’re preparing for the road ahead. Each Sunday from September 28 to October 26, we’ll take a special “Exit” during worship—hearing from leaders of CIC’s amazing missions and ministries. These stops will help us reflect on where God is calling us next. Consecration Sunday is November 2 Prayerfully consider your 2026 pledge. Commitment cards will be sent soon. Let’s take this road trip together—trusting God with the journey ahead!. |

OneBlood Blood Drive at CIC Tuesday, 10/7/2025, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. Save lives on the Big Red Bus! The OneBlood Big Red Bus will return to CIC on Tuesday, 10/7/2025, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m. OneBlood provides all donors with a wellness checkup including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screening. Donors also receive a $20 eGift card and a Halloween T-shirt! Make sure to eat iron-rich foods and take multivitamins with iron to help increase your levels before you donate. Enrollment Openings Available at CIC Preschool Community in Christ Preschool has enrollment openings for the upcoming school year. Our quality program for children ages one through Pre-K operates Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. September through May. Families may choose three days or five days a week for children from ages one to three. The Pre-K class is five days a week. Please contact Preschool Director Lynn Crabtree at 336-674-1050 or preschool@cicpres.com for more information about this wonderful program. Registration forms are available in the narthex. |
