Please consider supporting the youth as they raise funds for Montreat and other youth programming. How does this work? 1. Pick an envelope off the wall. (Located in the main hallway at church, outside the fellowship hall) 2. Match your donation with the number marked on the envelope. For example, if you pick envelope "20" you would place $20 inside the envelope. 3. Checks should be made out to “Community in Christ”, write PYF on the memo line. If you donate cash, please place a slip of paper inside the envelope with your name and address so the youth may thank you. 4. Place your envelope in the offering plate on Sundays or in the PYF mailbox in the mail room. Thank you for your support! |

The OneBlood Big Red Bus is coming to CIC on Tuesday, April 30, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Donors receive a $20 eGift card, an insulated tote bag, and a wellness checkup, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, iron count, and cholesterol screenings. Pastor Bryan will be at MerleFest Thu - Sun, April 25-28 returning to office on Mon, April 29. also... Christina will be out of the office from April 25, 2024 until Monday, May 6, 2024 for the recovery of her daughter, Emma-Jade, who will undergo surgery on 4/25/24 . CIC Preschool Sunday and Pennies for Hunger
Please join us on Sunday, May 5 for our special Preschool Sunday worship service! We have invited all of our preschool staff and families to worship with us. The children will sing and collect your Pennies for Hunger. We also will be collecting Food for GUM on May 5. CIC Good Books Sale Friday, May 10, 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturday, May 11, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Purchase some great reading material at the CIC Good Books Sale on Friday, May 10, and Saturday, May 11! The sale will feature a large selection of gently used hardback and paperback books, including fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books.
